Managing Directors
Rick Balsiger
Rick brings a unique perspective and expertise to RIBO GROUP, with extensive background in all aspects of marketing, advertising, sales management, brand development, strategic & product planning, retail & market development, CRM and organizational development. Built on a strong foundation of industry knowledge and experience, Rick is dedicated to assisting his clients in helping to solve their organizational needs. 

Rick is President of BALSIGER Partners, LLC which he founded in 2003.

Over the past 30 years, he has been fortunate to have worked and consulted for numerous, top Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, more entrepreneurial organizations and start-ups.

Prior to forming BALSIGER Partners, he spent 25 years on the client side in executive leadership and senior management roles and has extensive experience in all aspects of Marketing, Advertising, Brand Integration, Strategic & Product Planning, Sales Management, Corporate Restructurings and Organizational Development.

The majority of his experience was gained in positions that were newly created or in areas requiring significant reorganization and restructuring.

Rick has authored numerous articles on organizational development and business management and for job candidates, recently published a book entitled, “Branding You, Marketing You: A Guide to Maximizing Job Search Success”.

Bob Spillar
Bob brings an extensive background to RIBO GROUP, including executive leadership roles with small, medium and Fortune 500 company and experience in multi-product and multi-market environments.  He has personal involvement and broad experience in all facets of sales, channel, business & product development, strategic planning, marketing, and technical support.

Bob formed RIBO Group in 2001 and is currently a fulltime business executive leading the marketing organiztion of privately held company and has been quoted in several industry sources.

As 25 year veteran of the hi-tech industry, Bob has extensive executive and senior management experience. As a recognized leader in Sales, Marketing, Operations and General Management he has built and led teams for growth, maturity and decline. 

His leadership style focuses on VALUE ADD, meeting customer needs through employee commitment, and maximizing organizational ROI.  With a BSEE and a MBA, he not only creates and implements effective strategies, but he also gets results. 

Having demonstrated successes in consultative selling and executive-level relationship building, Bob is dedicated to assisting his clients looking for ways to consistently exceed expectations resulting in increased customer satisfaction, margins, and sales.
